Using Ghana Property Hub

Marketplace role

Ghana Property Hub provides a marketplace where users can advertise, search for and enquire about property. Unless expressly stated, we do not own listed properties, act as the user's estate agent or lawyer, hold transaction money, or become a party to agreements between users.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, use the service lawfully and conduct your own inspection and verification before agreeing to or paying for a property. You must be legally able to enter any transaction you pursue.

Listing rules

Owners and agents must have authority to advertise each property. Listings must be truthful, current and must not hide important charges or conditions. Duplicate, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or fraudulent listings are prohibited. Unavailable properties must be marked accordingly or removed.

Review and verification

We may review, reject, suspend, expire or remove listings and accounts. A verification badge records checks completed at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of ownership, property condition, legal title, availability or future conduct.

Payments and transactions

Users are responsible for negotiating terms, reviewing documents and making payments safely. Never pay before inspecting and verifying. Seek qualified legal or professional advice for purchases, land, leases and other significant transactions.

Reports and acceptable use

Do not misuse the reporting system, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material, collect user data improperly or interfere with the platform. We may investigate reports and cooperate with lawful authorities.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing or user is genuine. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for their decisions, communications and transactions.

Suspension, changes and governing law

We may restrict access for violations, risk or legal requirements. We may update the service and these terms, with the revised date published here. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
