What other users can see

Published listings may show property information, photos, location details, the owner's or agent's name, account type, verification status and contact option. Do not upload confidential information in a public listing.

When information is shared

We use service providers that support hosting, account authentication, file storage and email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, investigate fraud or respond to a lawful authority. We do not sell personal information.

Verification documents

Verification documents are restricted to authorised review and security purposes. Approval does not guarantee a transaction or replace a user's own checks.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may edit or remove your listings from your dashboard. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security and record-keeping requirements.

Children and changes

The platform is not intended for children to conduct property transactions. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
